First off, let me say that we absolutely LOVE the Gizmo-Handle with Poop Bag attachment! With two dogs, it was always a challenge getting them out without getting them tangled up together. We have tried other dual walking leash systems but none worked. Then we got the GIZMO and our lives just got EASIER, and our dogs HAPPIER. We bought the flashlight attachment which works like a charm. We had an issue with the flashlight falling out of the GIZMO and being run over by a UPS truck. I placed a call to Molly in customer service and after explaining what happened, she explained to me that you need to hear a “click” to ensure the flashlight is properly installed. Though this is the first call that they have gotten of this kind, Molly was quick to say that a replacement was on the way, free of charge. Now THAT’S SERVICE. Thanks to GIZMO for this great invention and to Molly for your amazing service!
